Overview
The completely rebuilt casale is located on a beautiful spur of the Apennines, 5 km from the Adriatic coast (altitude 250 m). From the spacious terrace you can look out over the rolling hills, the sea and the golf course. The panoramic view is breathtaking and relaxing at the same time. The house is rustic on the outside, surprisingly modern on the inside using high-quality materials.
Both apartments have their own entrance, ideal for maintaining privacy with multiple families.
The large porches on the south and east offer plenty of shade and have a phenomenal view.
The private swimming pool (size 12 x 5 m) has a pool house with luxurious bathroom, a covered lounge seating area, a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen, sun beds and outdoor shower. And all this with a sea view!
There is privat parking and Colle Marino is surrounded by its own grounds of no less than 6 hectares of forest and meadow.
There are several old trees near the house, and everywhere you can enjoy the fantastic view over the valley and the sea. Even in the evening you can enjoy the cozy garden lighting and be amazed by a clear starry sky with the occasional shooting star.
In short, a quiet, atmospheric Italian casale where the relaxed life embraces you.
Facilities of the apartments
The two apartments of Colle Marino are fully equipped. They have a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, bedrooms with good beds and a bathroom. The apartments have free WiFi.
You also have your own terrace or balcony, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the beautiful surroundings.
Moreover, you can use the swimming pool and the pool house with sea view!

We will explain later how the handing over of the key will work. Our caretaker (who also speaks English) will provide all further information on-site. He/she can also be reached by telephone for any questions during the stay. He/she will contact you again just before departure.

The code for the WiFi can be found in the house in the description folder. There is WiFi and mobile phone coverage in and around the house and pool house.
The village nearby
In the village, about 1.5 km from the house, there is a Conad with delicious fresh products and all the necessities. A bakery with fresh bread and delicacies daily can also be found in the village. At Pasticceria Dorina you can enjoy a delicious cappuccino, breakfast or lunch. There is also a nice restaurant in the village and at Manu’s Pizza you can buy delicious slices of pizza.
Cleaning
The final cleaning is included.
Interim cleaning is possible on request, as well as clean towels and linen. Ditto professional catering.
Site location
The village of Montefiore dell’Aso is easy to find with a navigation program. We will send detailed directions for the last kilometers to our house.
The immediate area is ideal for beautiful walks and challenging bicycle/scooter/motorcycle tours and the sea is close by. At a distance of 3 km there is the Il Lauri Golf Club with a 9 holes course. Furthermore, within a radius of 20 km there are countless fascinating opportunities for cultural and culinary excursions, with the highlight being Ascoli Piceno with the beautiful Piazza del Popolo.
